Pan Fransés – traditional sandwiches

The pan Franses is one of the most famous sandwiches in the Antilles. Based on 'French bread' (hence the name) but secretly something completely different.

In our recipe we make the pan french 'the right way', so with a front dough and a basic dough. This means that you have to start with the recipe a day in advance, but it is much better than with a quickly made / proofed dough.
